Let's all just post pictures of cars we want that can be bought without becoming a meth dealer or robbing banks.

Altima SE-R for the trololololol value rather than anything else. A 3.5L VQ V6 up front? Well there's a good time to be had there!

I approve everything!

Most of the cars I want are pretty attainable. I've never been one for supercars or German super sport sedans.

Bought used, cost less than my wife's Kia Sorento. Let that sink in.

Love Z4M coupes... I'm not a big convertible guy but I'd take any Z4M I could get. And yeah, depreciation is a good thing. You can get a used Z4M for less than a generously optioned Honda Accord.

I just want to have fun driving while being classy as fuck.
EDIT: Though I feel like I should say that I'm still quite happy with where I'm at.

See previous comment on my feelings about the Z4M coupe. Love it.

Damn, I want your car hard. Please see my other post as proof.
I have to ask, how glorious is that engine?

saw this old celica a few years back and just instantly fell in love. That grill is amazing. Old japanese cars are the best
and who doesn't like a Z.

I say buy it... But I have a thing for blue cars and w123's so take that lightly haha

Everything in this post is amazing

Glorious! I've only lived with her at altitude (Colorado) so I don't even know what she feels like at normal elevations. I only have stock exhaust, but I may switch that out one of these days. She sounds good.

Hopefully all of us can say that soon!

if I needed it I'd buy it, but no need. I don't know what I even look.

No one has posted a (insert model name here) all stancenationed out calling it "fucking dope bro" and telling us how it's better than any supercar because "built not bought." God, I love Oppo.

Here are some fun mid to late 90s coupes. All with MTs and all with under 50,000 miles for under $20K:
1996 Mustang Cobra SVT with 17,500 miles!
http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/…
1999 Corvette with 42,000 Miles

1995 Dinan Supercharged M3 with 38,000 Miles

Switch that CTS-V with the E46 M3 behind it and then that's pretty much me haha

If you haven't figured it out by my name, I love the 335. It's my realistic dream car for sure. Others are the ZHP 330i and the Integra Type R.

Take it slow man, take it slow
![]() 01/21/2014 at 23:41 |

I always thought you were an owner haha. Trust me, save up and buy one. I'm that guy that settled for a 328i. Sure I love it and enjoy it, but everytime I see a 335i I look at it and think of what could have been.

So clean! I can respect anyone who works in high school for a car, i know how you feel!

What's reliability/maintenance like on one of these? Also, is it a viable DD? I've always wondered what it's like to own one of these beauts.

Viper
Surprisingly cheap, less that 30K
http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/…
And there are a good amount available around that price

Got to love nsx's. This one spotted just by my house. Always a treat seeing one!

Yeah they are attainable..
If you're crazy enough.

Within the first few months of owning (summer 2012) I had the engine mounts break, but was covered under CPO warranty. Other than an oil change, tires (Mich PSSs), alignment, and optional stuff I wanted (front bumper respray and reflectors painted, new stereo), it's been reliable.
I'm now out of CPO warranty, so there is some pucker factor. I take her to an independent garage, but it's the same S54 engine as the E46 M3, so I'd imagine similar maint costs.
I don't plan to mod the crap out of her, but am considering a tune and short shifter kit. We'll see.
I have a short commute, so I enjoy her as a DD. I don't run her in the snow and rain though (much) so in the winter she has breaks. Picked her up at 12,300miles and she now has 21K.

For new WRX money, I can get something much less practical that wants to murder me: I don't really see a downside...crazy is good, I like crazy

I'd like a Ram Runner, which would dual purpose as a recreational vehicle and a towing machine for a two car trailer which I'd take to the track or rally stage.
Maybe more realistically, a regular 5 year old Ram 1500 would do.
Then I'd like one of Z06 Vette, E92 M3, rare 6-speed V10 M6, E92/E93 335is, or 997.2 Coupe.
Or more realistically, I'll keep driving my E30 325is DD and slowly keep on improving it.

SRT-8 Dodge Magnum. This may be the only website in the world where I can post about wanting a muscle wagon and not be laughed at. :D

Very realistic - as in 2 grand and a 100 miles away

Thanks. It was a labor of love. I only hope that my Z is being cherished by its new owner.

You can get a nice one for around 20-30k if you don't mind it not looking factory fresh. Not overly difficult to work on yourself, although spare parts can be a little pricey due to the "Porsche" nature, same as any other "luxury" brand, but not wallet breaking. As someone who has had more water pump/radiator/thermostat issues than I'd like to admit, the lack of any of those makes me happy inside.

Thanks, I love those wheels. Look so clean on your car.
![]() 01/22/2014 at 21:41 |

No problem. In case you were wondering, the wheels are 18" TSW Bremmas (knock offs of some Mercedes wheels IIRC), staggered 235/255.
It was a fun car to wrench on and restore

I knew the wheels looked familiar. Glad you enjoyed the car
